Appointment Booking & Cancellation Policy
Please note that appointments are confirmed only after advance payment has been received. Your preferred appointment slot will be reserved once the payment is completed.
If you cancel a confirmed appointment, applicable cancellation charges will be deducted from the advance payment. The remaining amount, if any, will be refunded according to the clinic’s cancellation policy.
Please make sure you are available at your selected date and time before confirming your booking.
